The Easy Steps
Firstly, boil all vegetables and mix it well and made it like a paste and add MAGGI Desi Cheese Crumbs. Additionally, add ½ tablespoon chilli powder, ½ tablespoon cumin powder, ½ tablespoon MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, 2 tablespoons coriander, and ½ tablespoon salt and combine well forming a dough for 30 seconds.
Now, prepare corn flour batter by mixing 1 cup corn flour and ½ tablespoon MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, ½ tablespoon salt. Add ½ cup water and prepare a smooth lump-free batter.
Now take a ball-sized vegetable mixture and roll dip in corn flour batter.
Now coat with crushed MAGGI Desi Cheese Crush Noodles.
Give the heart shape.
Deep fry in hot bake in pre-heated tawa at 180 degrees celsius for 1 min on the alternate side and fry to golden and crisp on medium flame.
