The Ingredient List

  • MAGGI Desi Cheese Crumbs
  • MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic - ½ Tablespoon
  • MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder - ½ Tablespoon
  • Potato - 2 Pieces, Medium Size (Peeled & Cut Into Cube)
  • Carrot - ½ Cup (Cut Into Cubes)
  • Beans - ½ Cup (Chopped)
  • Sweet Corn - ½ Cup
  • Peas - ½ Cup
  • Beetroot - ½ Cup
  • Salt - ½ Tablespoon
  • Red Chilli Powder - ½ Tablespoon
  • Cumin Powder - ½ Tablespoon
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon
  • Corn Flour - 1 Cup
  • Oil - 1 Cup (For Deep Frying)
  • Coriander - 2 Tablespoons (Finely Chopped)

The Easy Steps

  1. Firstly, boil all vegetables and mix it well and made it like a paste and add MAGGI Desi Cheese Crumbs. Additionally, add ½ tablespoon chilli powder, ½ tablespoon cumin powder, ½ tablespoon MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, 2 tablespoons coriander, and ½ tablespoon salt and combine well forming a dough for 30 seconds.
  2. Now, prepare corn flour batter by mixing 1 cup corn flour and ½ tablespoon MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, ½ tablespoon salt. Add ½ cup water and prepare a smooth lump-free batter.
  3. Now take a ball-sized vegetable mixture and roll dip in corn flour batter.
  4. Now coat with crushed MAGGI Desi Cheese Crush Noodles.
  5. Give the heart shape.
  6. Deep fry in hot bake in pre-heated tawa at 180 degrees celsius for 1 min on the alternate side and fry to golden and crisp on medium flame.
