Heat oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds, allow it to splutter, add chana dal, urad dal and cook till golden brown, add boiled and chopped potatoes, turmeric powder and mix well. Mash the potatoes slightly while mixing. (5 min)

Add MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and mix till the it comes together. Adjust salt to taste. Turn off the flame. Add coriander leaves, mix well and keep aside. (2 min)

Heat a dosa tawa. Take a ladle full of dosa batter and spread it evenly to make a thin dosa. Spread the potato mixture. Sprinkle a tsp of oil from the sides. Once the dosa is crisp, remove it from the tawa. Roll it gently and cut it into 1 ½ “rolls. (2 min)

Repeat with the rest of the 2 dosa’s. Arrange the rolls in a microwave safe plate, add grated cheese on top and microwave for 30 sec. or till the cheese melts. Serve hot. (6 min)
