The Ingredient List

  • 250 grams Cauliflower florets.
  • 2 medium potato.
  • 3 tablespoon mustard oil.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic finely chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon haldi.
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala.
  • 1 tablespoon dhaniya powder.
  • 1 medium onion.
  • 1 medium tomato.
  • Pinch of heeng.
  • 1 green chilli chopped.
  • Two sachet of MAGGI Masala-ae-magic.
  • Salt as per your taste.

The Easy Steps

For Preparation:

  1. Take cauliflower and cut into small florets (250 grams) and same with potatoes. Wash all the vegetables. Chopping of onion, tomato, garlic, green chilli, coriander, garlic cloves.

For Cooking:

  1. Take a wok, add oil, let it hot then add cumin seeds, pinch of heing, garlic chopped, chopped onion let it saute for 2 mins, then add gobi florets and potato then add all the ingredients except tomatoes & masla-ae- magic as mentioned in the ingredients list. Cover it and cook it for 8 mins at low flame then go and check vegetables are done or not, if not then cook it for another 5 mins. (mix in between that one time). Once the vegetables are done then add chopped tomato in the centre of cooked vegetables and cover it for another 5mins. Then switch off the gas.
  2. After 10 mins switch on the gas and add MAGGI Masala-ae-masala and let it fry without covering for 5 mins at medium flame.

For Garnish:

  1. Garnish with the coriander leaves and serve hot with Paratha and papad.
