  • MAGGI Packet
  • Egg - 2 No’s
  • Gaichoi - 2 leafs
  • Water - 3 cups
  • Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Vegetables (Carrot, French Bean)
  • Onion - 1 number (Chopped)
  • One Tomato
  • Turmeric - half tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon

The Easy Steps

  1. Need to boil all mentioned vegetables, gaichoi, one number of egg after cleaning. These have to be boiled for minute
  2. MAGGI need to be dipped in hot water for minute.
  3. Need to heat the 3 tablespoons oil in a pan and add cutting onions and tomato . It needs to be fried for 1 minute. After that one egg mixing with turmeric and salt have to be added in the mixture. After 2 minutes all boiled vegetables with MAGGI have to be added and cooked for another 2 min. At last one boiled egg has to be added by cutting in equal 4 side. After 1 min it becomes ready to eat. After Burner gets off green chilly and MAGGI masala need to be added for garnish.
  4. We have to eat while being hot. It becomes tasty
