The Ingredient List

  • MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic - ½ Teaspoon
  • Bajra Atta - 1 Cup
  • Grated Radish - ½ Cup
  • Green Chillies - 1/8 Teaspoon (Finely Chopped)
  • Salt - ½ Teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/8 Teaspoon
  • Black Salt - 1/8 Teaspoon
  • Warm Water - ½ Cup
  • Olive Oil - 1½ Tablespoons

The Easy Steps

For Preparation:

  1. Grate radish.
  2. Chop one green chilli.
  3. Add radish, green chilli, salt, MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic, black pepper, black salt into bajra atta and mix all the ingredients.
  4. Add warm water to make the dough for the paratha.

For Cooking:

  1. Heat the tawa on medium heat.
  2. Break a small dough ball and dip it into the flour.
  3. Flatten the dough ball and roll it into a round disc shape and shift the roti/paratha onto the tawa.
  4. Once both sides are golden brown in color, brush olive oil on both sides.
  5. Serve parathas with curd and pickles or any other condiments of your liking.
