MAGGI Hot & Sweet Tomato Chilli Sauce - 1 Tablespoon
Tomato - 4, Big (Grilled)
Garlic - 6-7 Cloves
Onion - 1, Big Diced
Lemon Juice - ½ Tablespoon
Green Chillies - 3-4 Pieces
Salt - 1 Teaspoon
Cilantro/Coriander - ½ Cup
The Easy Steps
In a bowl, add rawa and curd and salt. Mix well, add little water if the batter is thick. Cover it and keep it aside for 15 mins.
Take a pan and put 1 tablespoon oil in it, add chopped onion and Sauté for a minute on high flame. Add chopped baby corn, chopped bell pepper, mushroom, salt, black pepper, pizza seasoning, chilli, and MAGGI Rich Tomato Ketchup. Mix it well.
Transfer all veggies to a bowl and let it cool.
Mix pizza sauce and grated cheese in the veggie mix.
Put steamer/idli cooker on the stove with 1 glass water and bring water to boil.
Grease 4 small bowls with oil, take rawa mixture, add Eno fruit salt. Mix it well. Pour 1 Tablespoon of this matter in each bowl, put 1 tablespoon veggie mixture on it. Cover with 1 tablespoon of rawa batter. Fill all 4 bowls in the same manner and put them in the steamer for 10 mins on high flame.
In a blender, add grilled tomatoes, garlic, diced onion, chilli, salt, lemon juice, coriander leaves and blend it. Transfer in a bowl and mix 1 tablespoon MAGGI Hot & Sweet Tomato Sauce.
Take out all pizza cups on the plate, cut then in halves and serve with tangy salsa dip, garnish with coriander spring.
