The Ingredient List
- MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic - ½ Teaspoon
- Bajra Atta - 1 Cup
- Grated Radish - ½ Cup
- Green Chillies - 1/8 Teaspoon (Finely Chopped)
- Salt - ½ Teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/8 Teaspoon
- Black Salt - 1/8 Teaspoon
- Warm Water - ½ Cup
- Olive Oil - 1½ Tablespoons
The Easy Steps
For Preparation:
- Grate radish.
- Chop one green chilli.
- Add radish, green chilli, salt, MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic, black pepper, black salt into bajra atta and mix all the ingredients.
- Add warm water to make the dough for the paratha.
For Cooking:
- Heat the tawa on medium heat.
- Break a small dough ball and dip it into the flour.
- Flatten the dough ball and roll it into a round disc shape and shift the roti/paratha onto the tawa.
- Once both sides are golden brown in color, brush olive oil on both sides.
- Serve parathas with curd and pickles or any other condiments of your liking.
