1. How frequently can I eat MAGGI Noodles?

We believe that all foods should be eaten in moderation. A healthy and balanced diet is one which provides all the nutrients in required amounts and proper proportions, from carbohydrates, proteins, fat and micronutrients. You can enjoy your favourite MAGGI Noodles as a light meal as part of a balanced diet and active lifestyle.

2. Does MAGGI Noodles really cook in 2 minutes?

If one follows the suggested method of preparation, as mentioned on the back of the MAGGI Noodles pack, it would take 2 minutes to cook the noodles. However, it is very common for consumers to customize the method of preparation a little bit, depending on their style & choice. For example, quantity of water used varies a lot depending on how soupy does one want their MAGGI to be. These personal touches may cause the cooking time to vary.

3. How many flavours/variants does Maggi noodles have?

Maggi Noodles have the following flavours/variants.

  • MAGGI 2-Minutes Masala Noodles
  • MAGGI 2-Minutes Masala Chicken Noodles
  • MAGGI HotHeads Noodles – 4 flavours
  • MAGGI Nutrilicious Atta Noodles – 2 flavours
  • MAGGI Nutrilicious Oats Noodles – 2 flavours
  • MAGGI 2-Minute Masala Noodles without Onion & Garlic
  • MAGGI Cuppa Noodles – 5 flavours

4. How do I distinguish between Veg and Non-Veg products from MAGGI?

All Nestlé products manufactured in India are 100% Vegetarian and carry green dot symbol expect the MAGGI Chicken Noodles, MAGGI Cuppa Chicken Noodles and HotHeads Chilli Chicken Noodles. You will also observe that all the ingredients are listed on the pack. In addition, all vegetarian products from MAGGI carry the 'green dot' symbol. In case the products contain any non-vegetarian item, it would be listed on the pack and the pack would carry the 'brown dot symbol'.

5. What do you mean "MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF SOYA or MILK"? (on Maggi Packs)

As you have rightly observed through list of ingredients on the wrapper, we do not add Milk as an ingredient in the recipe of MAGGI Noodles, hence it is not declared in the ingredient list. However, another product, which contains Milk and Milk Solids as an ingredient is manufactured in the same manufacturing facility. According to our Allergen Management Plan, if there is a significant risk of cross contact from equipment that cannot be ruled out, then it is indicated on pack as precautionary labelling. This is a general practice followed by us worldwide.

6. Why is there a price difference between MAGGI Masala Noodles and MAGGI ATTA and OATS Noodles?

It is always our endeavor to bring to our valued consumers, high quality products at convenient price points. Consumer interest is given due priority by Nestlé while deciding the pricing of its products. Prices are a function of ingredients, quality, pack sizes and packaging. MAGGI Atta/Oats contain vegetable ingredients and a different packaging material. Apart from this, the increasing commodity prices and other costs pressures also add on to the price of the product. Given the overall challenging environment with high levels of inflation, we continuously strive to provide our consumers with high quality products at a fair price.

7. Is MAGGI Fried?

The MAGGI Noodle cake goes through a 5 step cooking process before they are packed. The 3rd step involves quick frying of about 1-1.5mins.It reduces moisture in noodles & cooks it so it remain stable for several months before they reach you. Also, helps you to cook it in 2mins.

8. How can Maggi Noodles be prepared in a Microwave oven?

  • Place Noodle cake, broken into 4 pieces, in a deep glass bowl.
  • Sprinkle Tastemaker onto the noodles.
  • Pour 1 ½ cups (210 ml) water over the noodle cake.
  • Microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
  • Stir and microwave for another 3 minutes.
  • Stir and serve hot.
